1 Peter 1:5 - Guarded by the power of God?

Does 1 Peter 1:5 have conditions?

1 Peter 1:5: "the (ones) being-guarded by (the) power (of) God THROUGH FAITH for (a) salvation ready to-be-revealed in (the) last time,"

Through faith:

Peter wrote about "the (ones) being-guarded by (the) power (of) God THOUGH FAITH" (1 Peter 1:5).

"The (ones) being-guarded by (the) power (of) God" (1 Peter 1:5) are being-guarded under a condition: "THOUGH FAITH" (1 Peter 1:5).

The next three instances in which the word "FAITH" (1 Peter 1:5) is used in 1 Peter are referring specifically to "YOUR FAITH" (1 Peter 1:7, 1 Peter 1:9, 1 Peter 1:21).

FAITH does not automatically continue.

It is possible for one to end up not abiding in this condition, as for example Paul wrote to Timothy to be "having FAITH and (a) good conscience, which having-pushed-aside, some suffered-shipwreck with-respect-to the FAITH" (1 Timothy 1:19). Paul also wrote that others "are-overturning the FAITH (of) some" (2 Timothy 2:18).
