Hebrews 10:14 - Perfected for all time?

Does Hebrews 10:14 have conditions?

Hebrews 10:14: "For (by) one offering He-has-perfected for all-time the (ones) BEING-MADE-HOLY."

Conditions:

Who is it that "He-has-perfected for all-time" (Hebrews 10:14)? The "(ones) BEING-MADE-HOLY" (Hebrews 10:14).

The Greek word for "BEING-MADE-HOLY" is in the Present Passive Participle, meaning that it is a present reality.

It is possible for one to reject the present reality of "BEING-MADE-HOLY".

For example, the Greek word for "holiness" (hagiasmos 38 in Greek) comes from the Greek word for "BEING-MADE-HOLY" (hagiazó 37 in Greek). One can reject the call in "holiness" (hagiasmō 38 in Greek), as it is written: "this is (the) will (of) God: your holiness (hagiasmos 38 in Greek) - (that) you be-astaining from sexual-immorality" (1 Thessalonians 4:3), "For God did not call us for impurity, but in holiness (hagiasmō 38 in Greek). So-therefore the (one) rejecting is not rejecting (a) human, but God" (1 Thessalonians 4:7-8).

Man also has a responsibility in the present reality of "BEING-MADE-HOLY". The Greek word for "BEING-MADE-HOLY" (hagiazó 37 in Greek) comes from the Greek word for "holy" (hagios 40 in Greek). It is written: "be holy (hagioi 40 in Greek) yourselves also in all (your) conduct" (1 Peter 1:15).

What would happen to someone whom "He-has-perfected for all-time" (Hebrews 10:14) in the past but would not meet the required conditions anymore afterward? The Greek word for "He-has-perfected" is in the Perfect Active Indicative, which means an action viewed as having been completed in the past, yet having results occurring in the present. The results occurring in the present would not happen anymore if the person would not meet the required conditions anymore.
