Is it possible to not be sinning?

Is it possible to not be sinning [in the present tense]? 

The question will not be if it is possible to not have been sinning in the past tense, but only if it is possible to not be sinning in the present tense.

Not every action that someone does is to be assumed as sinning

Paul asked rhetorically: "DID-I-COMMIT (a) SIN (by) humbling myself in-order-that you might-be-exalted — because I freely announced-as-good-news (to) you the good-news (of) God?" (Romans 11:6). 

Paul wrote: "if one thinks (that he) is-behaving-dishonorably toward his virgin — if she-is beyond-the-bloom-of-youth, and it-ought to-be so — let-him-do what he-wants. HE-IS NOT SINNING. Let-them-marry" (1 Corinthians 7:36).

Everyone is not described as sinning at all times in all circumstances

It is written about Job after several events were described that "IN ALL THESE (things) having happened to him, Job DID NOT SIN AT ALL before the Lord, and did not impute folly to God" (Job 1:22).

Descriptions can be given regarding people "IF" they are sinning

James wrote: "And the prayer (of) faith will-restore the (one) being-ill, and the Lord will-raise him. AND-IF he-has COMMITTED SINS, it-will-be-forgiven him" (James 5:15).

It is written in 1 John: "I-am-writing these (things to) you in-order-that YOU-SIN NOT. And IF anyone SINS, we-have (an) advocate with the Father: Jesus Christ (the) Righteous" (1 John 2:1).

Peter wrote: "what-kind-of credit (is it) IF (while) SINNING and being-beaten, you-will-endure? BUT IF (while) DOING-GOOD and suffering you-will-endure, this (finds) favor with God" (1 Peter 2:20).

Commands can be given to not be sinning

Jesus said to someone: "See — you-have-become healthy! DO NOT BE-SINNING ANY-LONGER in-order-that something worse may not happen (to) you" (John 5:14).

Paul wrote: "Sober-up righteously and DO NOT BE-SINNING" (1 Corinthians 15:34).

Paul wrote: "DO NOT BE-SINNING" (Ephesians 4:26).

The Greek verbs used for "DO NOT BE-SINNING" (John 5:14, 1 Corinthians 15:34, Ephesians 4:26) are in the imperative mood, which expresses a command to the hearer to perform something by the order and authority of the one commanding. 

Someone can be described as not sinning after being warned

It is written in Ezekiel: "if you WARN the righteous (person) TO NOT SIN, and he SHALL NOT SIN, the righteous (person) with life will live" (Ezekiel 3:21).

People can be described as not sinning

It is written in 1 John about Jesus that "Everyone abiding in Him IS NOT SINNING. Everyone SINNING has not seen Him nor known Him" (1 John 3:5-6). 

It is written in 1 John: "Everyone having-been-born of God IS NOT DOING SIN — because His seed is-abiding in him" (1 John 3:9).

It is written in 1 John: "We-know that everyone having-been-born of God IS NOT SINNING. But the (one) having-been-begotten of God is-keeping himself" (1 John 5:18).

Someone can be described as having ceased from sinning

Peter wrote: "Christ having-suffered for us (in the) flesh, you also arm (yourselves with) the same intention. Because the (one) having-suffered (in the) flesh HAS-CEASED (from) SIN" (1 Peter 4:1).

Does sinning have to be inevitable?

In the past "all sinned" (Romans 3:23), but sinning [in the present tense] would not have to be inevitable.

It is written in 1 John: "IF anyone SINS" (1 John 2:1). It is not written "when" anyone (inevitably) would sin, but "IF anyone SINS" (1 John 2:1).

Peter wrote: "Christ having-suffered for us (in the) flesh, you also arm (yourselves with) the same intention. Because the (one) having-suffered (in the) flesh HAS-CEASED (from) SIN, so-as TO-LIVE THE REMAINING TIME IN (THE) FLESH no-longer (for the) desires (of) humans, but (for the) will (of) God" (1 Peter 4:1).

Someone can be tempted without sinning, as it is written about Christ that He is "(One) HAVING-BEEN-TEMPTED in all (things) in-accordance-with (our) likeness, WITHOUT SIN" (Hebrews 4:15). Paul wrote that "God (is) FAITHFUL, Who will NOT ALLOW YOU TO-BE-TEMPTED BEYOND WHAT YOU-ARE-ABLE, but also with the temptation WILL-MAKE THE WAY-OUT, (that you may) be-able to-endure" (1 Corinthians 10:13). God is faithful and will make the way out of every temptation so that we can endure all of them. 

If someone does not believe that it is possible to avoid SIN, then it might not become possible for them. Indeed, Jesus said that "all (things are) possible (FOR) THE (ONE) BELIEVING" (Mark 9:23). All things may not be possible for someone who may not be believing that they can be possible.
