Present tense of salvation
A righteous person can be described as being saved in the present tense, as it is written in 1 Peter: "if the RIGHTEOUS (one) IS-BEING-SAVED WITH-DIFFICULTY, where will the non-worshipping (ones) and SINNING (ones) appear?" (1 Peter 4:18).
Here "the RIGHTEOUS (one) IS-BEING-SAVED WITH-DIFFICULTY " (1 Peter 4:18) is set in contrast with the "SINNING (ones)" (1 Peter 4:18) to whom may be inferred that it may be more than just difficult for such a one to be saved in the future where they will appear.
Future tense of salvation
Paul wrote near the end of his life: "the Lord will-deliver me from every evil work and WILL-SAVE (me) INTO His heavenly KINGDOM" (2 Timothy 4:18).
Jesus would have indicated that the righteous ones specifically would go into the kingdom, saying to "the RIGHTEOUS (ones)" (Matthew 25:46): "inherit the KINGDOM having-been-prepared (for) YOU" (Matthew 25:34).
In contrast, Paul wrote that "UNRIGHTEOUS (ones) will not inherit God’s KINGDOM" (1 Corinthians 6:9).
