2 Corinthians 5:21 - Conditional righteousness of God?

Does 2 Corinthians 5:21 have conditions?

2 Corinthians 5:21: "He-made the (One) not having-known sin (to be) sin for us, in-order-that we MAY-BECOME (the) righteousness (of) God IN HIM”."

Conditions:

We "MAY-BECOME (the) righteousness (of) God" (2 Corinthians 5:21).

The Greek word "MAY-BECOME" is in the Subjunctive mood, which is the mood of possibility and potentiality, meaning that the action described may or may not occur, depending upon other conditions.

It is also written of "(the) righteousness (of) God IN HIM" (2 Corinthians 5:21). Here "IN HIM" (2 Corinthians 5:21) would refer to IN "Christ" (2 Corinthians 5:20).

To be "IN CHRIST" would be conditional. Paul wrote, using the conditional particle "IF": "IF anyone (is) IN CHRIST" (2 Corinthians 5:17).
