Is holiness a condition of salvation?
HOLINESS can be a condition of SALVATION.
Paul wrote that SALVATION is in the HOLINESS of the Spirit: "God chose you from the beginning for SALVATION in (the) HOLINESS (of the) Spirit and faith (in the) truth" (2 Thessalonians 2:13).
SALVATION can be described in the past tense, but also in the present and future tense.

Salvation can be described in the past, present, and future tense
HOLINESS can be described as a condition specifically of SALVATION in the future tense.
Paul wrote that to be SAVED in the future tense, one is to have CONTINUED in HOLINESS: "SHE-WILL-BE-SAVED [...], IF THEY-MAY-HAVE-CONTINUED IN faith and love and HOLINESS with sound-mindedness" (1 Timothy 2:15).
This could be why it is written in Hebrews to "BE-PURSUING peace with all (people), and the HOLINESS without which no-one WILL-SEE THE LORD" (Hebrews 12:14).
Holiness can also be described as a reality that can be continued in by someone. Holiness can be described in the past and present tense.
