Is someone saved through the good news conditionally?

Paul wrote about "THE GOOD-NEWS, for it-is (the) power (of) God for SALVATION" (Romans 1:16). Paul also called it "THE GOOD-NEWS (of) your SALVATION" (Ephesians 1:13).

What is the good news?

The good news is the good news of Christ.

Is someone saved through the good news conditionally?

Someone can be saved through the good news conditionally.

For example, Paul wrote about "THE GOOD-NEWS, for it-is (the) power (of) God for SALVATION (to) everyone BELIEVING" (Romans 1:16). The Greek word for "BELIEVING" (Romans 1:16) is in the present tense. Someone would need to be "BELIEVING" in the present tense for the good news to be the power of God for SALVATION

Paul wrote about "THE GOOD-NEWS" (1 Corinthians 15:1) "through which you also ARE-BEING-SAVED — IF YOU-ARE-HOLDING-ON (in) that message I-announced-as-good-news (to) you, unless you-believed in-vain" (1 Corinthians 15:2).

Paul wrote that it could be possible for someone to be moved away from the hope of the good news, suggesting also that continuing in believing would be necessary: "now He-reconciled (you) in the body (of) His flesh through (His) death, (that He might) present you holy and without-blemish and unaccused in His presence — IF INDEED YOU-CONTINUE (in) THE FAITH, having-been-founded, and steadfast, and NOT BEING-MOVED-AWAY FROM THE HOPE (of) THE GOOD-NEWS which you-heard" (Colossians 1:22-23).

Paul wrote to people who previously would have accepted the good news that they already quickly turned away: "I-am-marveling that you-are so QUICKLY TURNING-AWAY from the (One) having-called you in (the) grace (of) Christ TO (A) DIFFERENT GOOD-NEWS" (Galatians 1:6).

Paul wrote about people who previously received the good news such as "Cephas" (Galatians 2:11) and "Barnabas" (Galatians 2:13) that they later could be found to "NOT WALKING-STRAIGHT with-regard-to the truth (of) THE GOOD-NEWS" (Galatians 2:14) and thus would need to be opposed, as Paul wrote about Cephas at the time that "I-opposed (him) to his face" (Galatians 2:11).
