Does Hebrews 10:26-31 have conditions?
Hebrews 10:26: "For (while) we (are) willingly sinning after the receiving (of) the knowledge (of) the truth, (a) sacrifice no-longer remains for sins,"
Hebrews 10:27: "but some fearful awaiting (of) judgment and (a) zeal (of) fire about to-consume the adversaries."
Hebrews 10:28: "Anyone having-set-aside (the) Law (of) Moses dies without compassions upon (the testimony of) two or three witnesses."
Hebrews 10:29: "(For) how-much worse punishment do-you-think he-will-be-considered-worthy, the (one) having-trampled-underfoot the Son (of) God, and having-regarded (as) defiled the blood (of) the covenant by which he-was-made-holy, and having-arrogantly-treated the Spirit (of) grace?"
Hebrews 10:30: "For we-know the (One) having-said: “Vengeance (is for) Me, I will-give-back-in-return”; and again: “(The) Lord will-judge His people”."
Hebrews 10:31: "(It is a) fearful (thing) to-fall into (the) hands (of the) living God."
Hebrews 10:26: "willingly" sinning:
It is written about "WILLINGLY SINNING" (Hebrews 10:26).
SINNING is not necessarily done "WILLINGLY" (Hebrews 10:26). The opposite of "WILLINGLY SINNING" (Hebrews 10:26) would be SINNING by COMPULSION. Indeed, the Greek word for "WILLINGLY" can be opposed to the word for "COMPULSION" as for example in the only other verse in the New Testament using the Greek word for "WILLINGLY" it is written: "not by-COMPULSION, but WILLINGLY" (1 Peter 5:2).
Paul would have described an example of SINNING by COMPULSION in Romans 7 when he said that he was practicing evil which he was NOT WILLING: "I-am-practicing this evil which I-am NOT WILLING. But if I-am-doing this which I-am NOT WILLING, I-am no-longer producing it, but the sin dwelling in me (is)" (Romans 7:20).

Hebrews 10:26: "sinning":
It is written about "willingly SINNING" (Hebrews 10:26).
The verb for "SINNING" (Hebrews 10:26) here is in the present tense, which can reflect a PRESENT CONTINUOUS ACTION. If someone were to stop presently sinning, they would stop being defined by that category.
It is possible not only to stop "willingly SINNING" (Hebrews 10:26), but to stop SINNING, even after being warned.

Hebrews 10:26: after receiving the "knowledge of the truth":
It is written about "willingly sinning AFTER the receiving (of) the KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH" (Hebrews 10:26).
Jesus said that "everyone doing sin is (a) slave (of) sin" (John 8:34) and added "to the Jews having-believed Him, “If you remain in My word, you-are truly My disciples, and YOU-WILL-KNOW THE TRUTH, and the truth will-set you free”." (John 8:31-32).
After one receives the KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH, such a one can be set free as a result from the slavery of sin. Hebrews 10:26 describes someone willingly sinning AFTER this happens.
It is possible for someone in the new covenant to be described as sinning.

Hebrews 10:26: a sacrifice no longer remains for sins:
It is written that "(while) we are willingly sinning after the receiving (of) the knowledge (of) the truth, (A) SACRIFICE NO-LONGER REMAINS FOR SINS" (Hebrews 10:26).
Under "(the) Law (of) Moses" (Hebrews 10:28), a sacrifice was available for sinning involuntarily, but "(A) SACRIFICE NO-LONGER REMAINS FOR SINS" (Hebrews 10:26) for sinning in a contemptuous manner, such as "willingly sinning" (Hebrews 10:26).
For those who committed a SIN involuntarily, a SACRIFICE was possible for SINS: "if one soul sin involuntarily, he shall bring one goat of a year old for a sin-offering. And the priest will make atonement for the soul, the one sinning inadvertently, and having sinned involuntarily before the LORD, to make atonement for him" (Numbers 15:27-28).
In contrast, for those who committed a SIN with a contemptuous hand, a SACRIFICE for SINS would not be made: "but whatever soul either of the natives or of the strangers will do anything with a contemptuous hand, he will provoke GOD; that soul will be cut off from his people, for he disparaged the word of the LORD and broke His commandments; that soul will be utterly destroyed, his sin is upon him" (Numbers 15:30).
Hebrews 10:29: the "blood" of the covenant by which he was "made holy":
It is written about "having-regarded (as) defiled the BLOOD (of) the covenant by which HE-WAS-MADE-HOLY, and having-arrogantly-treated the SPIRIT (of) grace?" (Hebrews 10:29).
This would describe someone who would have regarded as defiled the BLOOD (of Christ) of the (new) covenant by which he was MADE-HOLY.
1 chapter earlier, it is written: "if the BLOOD (of) goats and bulls and (the) ashes (of a) heifer sprinkling the (ones) having-been-defiled MAKES-HOLY for the cleansing (of) the flesh, (by) how-much more will the BLOOD (of) Christ, Who through (the) eternal SPIRIT offered Himself without-blemish (to) God, cleanse our conscience" (Hebrews 9:13-14).
3 chapter later, it is also written: "Jesus also, in-order-that HE-MIGHT-MAKE-HOLY the people with (His) own BLOOD, suffered outside (of) the gate" (Hebrews 13:12).
Hebrews 10:29: "having-arrogantly-treated" the Spirit of grace:
It is written about "HAVING-ARROGANTLY-TREATED the Spirit (of) grace" (Hebrews 10:29).
The Greek word for "TO-ARROGANTLY-TREAT" [enubrizó 1796 in Greek] comes from the Greek word for "in" [en 1722 in Greek] and the Greek word for "to-mistreat" [hubrizó 5195 in Greek].
This would be different from "BLAPHEMING [blasphémeó 987 in Greek]" against the Spirit.

Hebrews 10:29: having-arrogantly-treated the Spirit of "grace":
The Spirit is specifically described as the Spirit of GRACE when someone is described as "having-arrogantly-treated the Spirit (of) GRACE" (Hebrews 10:29).
This may indicate that such a person would have treated the Spirit in such a way that may also target GRACE specifically, by "WILLINGLY SINNING" (Hebrews 10:26).
Paul wrote: "Should-we-be-continuing (in) SIN in-order-that GRACE might-increase? May-it never be!" (Romans 6:1-2)
Instead, "the GRACE (of) God appeared (bringing) salvation (for) all people, DISCIPLING us that having-denied non-worship and worldly desires, we-may-have-lived sound-mindedly and righteously and well-worshiping" (Titus 2:11-12).
One is to willingly submit to the discipline from the grace of God instead of willingly going against it, which would be the complete opposite.
